Cooking together

Dear friends, we will be thrilled to welcome you at Anassa Cycladic Village, throughout the 4 different seasons, and prepare together delicious fresh food to be served and shared.

Cooking together with our families, our friends and loved ones, even if it is just a few fresh dishes, is treated as the art of making food and the lifelong joy it should be.

As simple as that! What we enjoy most at Anassa , and we hope you will as well , is not just the end result of the cooking, but the process, the small, joyous details of producing Mediterranean  dishes full of smells, fresh ingredients and stories.

The preparation and cooking will take place outside, in the lush landscape of our premises and we will all dine together in our garden. Apple juice will be served for the little ones and warm, mulled wine for the not so little ones, during the winter time to keep us warm and cheery and cool wine during the spring, summer time.

The playground will come handy when our little chefs are starting to get a bit tired or when they are waiting for the meal to be served. The duration will be up to 3  hours .

Dress comfortably in layers to allow you to cook, play and relax.

At Anassa Cycladic Village, the core of our philosophy is that we are a family run village. We are a family of romantics, dreamers, engineers,  travellers, sailsmen, designers, architects and amateur cooks, book lovers , fun loving, loud, nature lovers and  gardeners.

We decided to bring our passions, crafts, skills and knowledge together into this project that we designed and built ourselves step by step, tree by tree with lots of effort and love.

Born and raised by the Aegean Sea, we all travelled the world for our studies, adventures and work. Our common love for our island, for Cycladic life and history, nature and hospitality brought us together again to fulfill our childhood dream to create a sustainable community that will grow and grow and grow for generations to come.

At Anassa Cycladic Village you are treated as family, because there is no business like family business!
