The Main House

GROUND FLOOR
Spacious, comfortable and elegant living room, dining room with sea view, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, TV and guest bathroom. All the main house is led to an outdoor terrace where someone can enjoy the Aegean sea, the infinity pool and the miraculous view.

UPPER LEVEL
1 Master bedroom ensuite with panoramic sea view, walk-in closet, a spacious marble bathroom, roof terrace facing the pool, the sea and the sunset . From the moment you wake up you will get thrilled by the direct view of the private beach and the landscape of tria laggonia. While taking your shower you can also enjoy the amazing view of the Aegean sea along with a spectacular sunset.
Next to the master bedroom you will find one more bedroom with twin beds ( possibility of a double king size bed) and a bathroom. Roof terrace with panoramic sea view and pool view. (An ideal bedroom for children/teenagers)
Isolated from the main Villa, with it’s one secluded entrance in total privacy you also have the other three independent guest rooms.

LITTLE APHRODITE ( 30 sqm )
A dreaming guest house in the shades of white and grey invites the guests to free their senses in a heaven of relaxation and blissfulness by offering a double bedroom (possibility of separation in twin beds, 90 x2 m ) , an adorable bathroom and a secluded veranda with sea view at the entrance of the villa. To make it more appealing, little Aphrodite has a direct access to the infinity pool allowing guests to delve into the depths of tranquility.

JUST BLUE ( 50 sqm )
Step into the world of refined elegance and harmony at JUST BLUE where you can enjoy moments of complete privacy as the guest house features 1 double bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a sofa that can be turned into twin beds. Only three steps away from the pool and the Aegean sea is almost next to you.

WHITE SHELL ( 80 sqm )
Offering a heaven of stylish grace, the white shell welcomes guests to immerse in a mood of relaxation by giving them the opportunity to enjoy their privacy. 1 double bedroom ensuite with seaview ,an ultra-confortable sofa that can be converted into a bed, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and the possibility of a second bedroom. The guests can relax in the luxury of serenity and tranquility overlooking the Aegean Sea either from the living room or from the external secluded terrace of the guest house.
