Theosis is a bar and gift shop in Ano Syros, opened in the summer of 2021. Inspired by the whitewashed beauty of the Cyclades, contemporary Cycladic art and the philosophy of Plato, it brings together cocktails, handmade objects, design and a distinctive sense of place.

Theosis draws inspiration from everyday life in the Cyclades. Its creations, mostly handmade and crafted from organic raw materials, reflect the minimalist beauty of island life, while its bar uses herbs, fruits and raw ingredients from Syros and the surrounding Cycladic islands.

The cocktail flight experience follows the same philosophy: carefully crafted drinks, Greek spirits, local flavours and a creative approach rooted in the Cycladic landscape.
